Factory-direct pricing. 2-week lead times. Full material traceability. Serving OEMs and distributors in 30+ countries who are tired of 12-week waits and 3× import markups.
MAXFLON® is a technology-driven exporter specializing in modified PTFE and high-performance fluoropolymer sealing components. Founded in 2017 and based in Shanghai, we serve industrial customers across 30+ countries who need more than off-the-shelf parts — they need a partner who understands formulations, operating conditions, and the difference between a seal that lasts and one that fails.
What sets us apart isn't our catalog. It's our approach: before we quote, we ask about your operating conditions. Before we recommend a grade, we analyze your failure modes. And when we deliver, every part comes with full material traceability and dimensional data — because in critical sealing applications, guessing isn't an option.
Our team brings deep expertise from the fluoropolymer industry — including formulation experience from Daikin Fluorochemicals and a decade of hands-on application engineering. Combined with our OEM partner's 80 CNC machining centers and rigorous quality processes, we deliver sealing solutions that perform in the real world.
Four pillars that define how we work — and why our customers stay.
±0.02mm repeatability on critical dimensions. Because your assembly line doesn't tolerate 'close enough.'
Garlock, Saint-Gobain, or custom — send us your current seal. We'll reverse-engineer the formulation and beat the delivery.
Na etching with <30° contact angle. 72-hour bonding window. No delamination callbacks.
HS-code ready docs, REACH/ROHS certs, and packaging that survives ocean freight.
Quick reference for common modified PTFE formulations. Full datasheets available on request.

Compressor oil seals · Valve seats · Pump seals · Gaskets
Available in 15+ formulation grades. Custom shapes per drawing. Engineered for compatibility with your media, temperature, and pressure conditions.

Hydraulic cylinders · Pneumatic actuators · Reciprocating rods
Low friction, self-lubricating, zero compression set. Ideal for dynamic applications where metal-to-metal contact must be eliminated.

LNG valves · Liquid nitrogen systems · Cryogenic pumps
Qualified to -200°C+. Specialized PTFE compounds formulated for extreme cold flexibility and leak-tight performance.

Semiconductor equipment · Pharmaceutical isolation · Aerospace
Ultra-low outgassing. Superior barrier properties. Machined to tight tolerances for applications where contamination control is critical.

High-temperature / high-pressure extreme environments
When PTFE meets its limits, PEEK takes over. Superior mechanical strength and chemical resistance for the most demanding conditions.

Electrical insulation · Chemical lining · Etched film for bonding
Available with Na-etching (single/double side). Thickness 0.05mm–3.0mm. Uniform thickness and excellent dielectric properties.
When standard seals fail under extreme temperature, aggressive chemicals, or high-pressure cycling, our spring-energized PTFE seals keep running.
White virgin PTFE jacket with corrosion-resistant spring core
White virgin PTFE jacket with corrosion-resistant spring core. Operating range: -200°C to +260°C. Ideal for chemical processing, cryogenics, and pharmaceutical equipment where FDA compliance and universal chemical resistance are required.
High-performance PEEK jacket for extreme wear and high-pressure environments
High-performance PEEK jacket for extreme wear and high-pressure environments. Superior mechanical strength and creep resistance versus PTFE. Perfect for oil & gas, aerospace, and high-speed rotary applications.
Standard elastomer seals degrade in corrosive media. Conventional PTFE seals lose resilience after thermal cycling. And when a seal fails in a chemical reactor or LNG transfer line, the cost of downtime exceeds the cost of a year's worth of seals.
Our spring-energized design uses a precision-machined PTFE or PEEK jacket paired with a corrosion-resistant metal spring. The spring maintains constant radial force even as the jacket wears or cold-flows — automatic wear compensation without re-torquing.
Zero unexpected failures in 10,000+ operating hours across chemical processing and cryogenic applications. Same-day quotes. 2-week lead times.

Quick answers to common questions about modified PTFE, ordering, and technical capabilities.
Modified PTFE is engineered by adding fillers like glass fiber, carbon graphite, bronze, or MoS2 to pure PTFE. This significantly improves wear resistance, creep resistance, and thermal conductivity while maintaining PTFE's excellent chemical resistance and low friction. Standard PTFE has higher cold flow and lower mechanical strength, making it unsuitable for dynamic sealing applications.
We offer flexible MOQs for development-stage orders. For standard products, we can ship within 7 days. Custom formulation samples typically take 15-20 days. We understand that product development requires iteration, so we welcome small batch orders and prototype requests.
Yes. Our team includes engineers with formulation experience from major fluoropolymer manufacturers including Daikin. We can analyze your current grade and recommend an equivalent or improved formulation. Send us a sample or the grade specification for benchmarking.
We offer sodium naphthalene (Na) etching for bondable PTFE surfaces. Single-side or double-side etching is available. Surface contact angle is reduced to less than 30° after treatment (vs. over 100° untreated). We recommend bonding within 72 hours of treatment for optimal adhesion.
Yes. Every shipment includes material certificates and dimensional inspection reports for critical dimensions. Full material traceability is standard. Because in critical sealing applications, guessing isn't an option. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documentation on request.
We serve new energy vehicles, data centers (immersion cooling), compressors and pumps, semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, and medical devices. Our components are designed for applications where sealing performance directly impacts safety, efficiency, or yield.
